Eastside meet and greet?

After speaking to a few other members I have ran into lately who say they can never make the thursday lunches I have started thinking that maybe we need to have a small eastside meet and greet on a weekend afternoon. We have a private side to our restaurant that we would gladly close off make it a private party for anyone that could show up. We wouldn't even charge the usual private party fee. Showing up does not mean you need to eat or drink. Just show up and meet other board members. We have a big screen in there so it could even coincide with a game or something.
