It's not often I sell guns... But here we are.
I bought this rifle for a project that ended up going a different route. Now I need to sell it to fund the rest of the project.
The rifle is in great shape, it was clearly owned by someone who went to the sight-ins once a year, and probably never went hunting. It doesn't look like it's been shot much at all, and carried a little bit.
It has the normal wear you'd expect on a stock this old, the varnish has come off in a few places, but there are no scratches into the wood, so a quick refinish, and it would look as good as new.
The bluing is at least 95%, and the action is as tight as a fiddle.
This would make a great hunting rifle, or an even better donor rifle for a long range project. Remington doesn't make actions as tight as these any more. Barrel date is Nov 1968
Comes with a weaver k4 60 B scope
Asking $600, but willing to negotiate
