Oh boy your going to like that gun I got on one with the .40s&w and the the 10mm barrel they shoot real nice!!

I've had mine for while now. The trigger is sweet! Just now getting the things I need to reload 10's for it.

Yes I imagine the extra sight radius would help a little and of course a scope even more, with the accuracy. I do not know, but it seems likely you would get a little more velocity, yet the extra weight of the slide and barrel would make it even softer shooting. EAA and 10 MM seem to go together.
