I will be VERY curious to see how this shakes out. At MINIMUM if the state decides to let this moron plead out I hope he loses his permit to carry. People like him do NOT need to have the permit to carry a gun around.

I would say the guy got lucky, this time. I do hope the city puts the fear of god in him. If he is allowed to carry again he needs to learn to control himself. His little display of "I wana play Cop" could have ended VERY badly for this moron.
