When I lived in LA I used to drive by the junkyard where they took all of the used up stunt general Lee cars. They were stacked up high.

Loved that show as a kid. Was kinda cool to see all of those orange cars...

There's a longer version of it here, but it's a compilation video, so there are other incidents as well. I've queued it up for this incident, but it will just keep playing afterward. Apparently the driver lived. You can see the front end of the car lift a little as it hits the bed of the rollback, so it hit the "headache rack" up high enough to bend it over. That may have been what saved him. If that bed had been up, I wouldn't have expected him to survive.
