DSA AR 5.56 Lower - Never Fired - SPF

I have a 'new' Factory DSA ZM-4 Lower that has never been fired. It has the pictograph selector indicators. I did have an upper on it but that has been traded off. One minor issue is some safe rubs on the right side of the receiver

....... Minor trigger work has been done to reduce travel and trigger weight. Again, a few marks but never fired. Asking $235. Shipping (Insured) $20. Thanx for looking .... Must be shipped to an FFL who will receive from a Private Seller.

Can I put a pistol upper on this? Not sure with the silly laws...I heard once a rifle, always a rifle. I want an AR pistol

The short answer is No! This lower has a rifle stock on it. Also, and most important, you can "NOT" have a rifle stock of any type on there if you put a pistol upper on it .... that would make it an SBR and subject to a Class 3 Tax Stamp! Gotsta' be real careful there. Your best bet is to buy a pistol lower.
