Has anyone had any dealings with Drill Laser? I ordered 4 weeks ago, they emailed a delay, offered %15 refund PLUS full order. When I track the order it has not left Miami yet. When do I lower the boom on the order?

I found even less information for victonix dot com, which advertises the same product and lists the same email address for support. Smells a little fishy to me.
