Velzey can take a used fsb and indicate the holes in one at a time. Drill the barrel and ream by hand. When all done you can't tell it was a used block :)

This is NOT a do it yourself operation. Almost anyone can drill and pin a gas block or dimple a barrel for a set screw, but taking a used FSB and re-pinning it to a different barrel takes a pro with the proper tools and know-how. It is one of two things I'll not consider doing myself to an AR, a least at this point.

Cost and lead time to pin a guiselle super gas block?

Interested, I've got the same task I need done on a melonite finished barrel.
