Be on the safe side brother: no FTF's of lowers (from WA) on this side of the river - it needs to go through an FFL.

Thanks tallshipsgo, thats why i posted wtt WA, i only put portland/vancouver area in case a fellow washingtonian worked in portland as i do. Ill change my posting to clarify that. Thanks again!
