Picked this up for a build but went another way with it. Both items brand new never mounted on a lower or barrel assembly. Photos and description from DPMS web page and are of identical items. This is a fair price since it includes charging handle and no other parts or kits are needed to use it. This is a Very solid feeling upper and a first quality product. Would keep but other needs are calling my name. Come and get it before its gone!
