Sounds like National.I know Oregon has a red flag law already but what about the states that do not? Is this some sort of national red flag law?
If you file a Red Flag on the Potted Plant-in-Chief, does that get the Football taken away?Sounds like National.
Wonder if citizens could simply Red Flag the entire administration then?
Make it every single Alphabet Soup agency, and all the senior schmucks of 'em.Redflag Chipmunk and the whole BAFT (and yes I meant to do that)
"On June 7, the DOJ released model state gun confiscation order legislation"Sounds like National.
Wonder if citizens could simply Red Flag the entire administration then?

No - the DOJ (Feds) have no authority to do that but it's a 'blueprint' for congress or other states to look to when adopting Red Flag Laws.I know Oregon has a red flag law already but what about the states that do not? Is this some sort of national red flag law?
