I don't know if they taste like chicken. I can tell you, however, that you NEVER want to park under a tree that has an iguana in it. Dear god if you think pigeons are bad, what an iguana can do to the windshield of a car...and the whole rest of the car...is truly IMPRESSIVE! "Impressive" in a, "holy crap I'm going to need a fire hose to get that off," sorta way.
