Does anyone know of a company that refurbishes night sights?

I bought a S&W 5906 recently and it has night sights with an adjustable rear with the protective "ears".
Brownell's seems to have stopped carrying a lot of pre-M&P stuff. Anyway I can't seem to find a direct replacement so far.

Ten or maybe fifteen years ago I sent an odd set of sights to some outfit, maybe it was Novak's and they replaced the light tubes.

I like the pistol so it would be nice to refresh the sights.

I have not heard of any one replacing the globes, but I bet @Velzey would have the answer you seek!
Would be super cool if somebody did this, I have a FAL tritium front sight post that will need replacement at some point!
