I also found them in sportsman's warehouse
REI in Clackamas has some also.

Hillmap - Backcountry Maps for the Obsessed

I've just been to the Hillmap site. Shortly before that, I was looking at maps on the USGS site. The single area I looked at on the county line between Skagit and Snohomish Co's Wash, the USGS map is more up to date than the Hillmap site version. As I know the area from on the ground experience.

Caltopo is the bomb! Never have to buy printed maps of any location ever again! Just print your own.
