So, a book I've been reading on and off, followed by a couple documentaries recently watched, has drawn me back to studying the time period. Just curious if anyone has some documentary or lecture recommendations that focuses on some aspect of American culture during those years (and close to said). It could be on anything, really; scientific advancement, politics, religion and philosophy, race relations, labor issues, social movements, sexual liberation, the war in Vietnam, early computer science, the Cold War, et al.

Anyway, if you have any titles that fit the bill, the info would be great. Ditto if you know where one might watch them.

Thanks much.

A while back...the History channel did a series on LRRP units in Vietnam...Narrated by Tom Selleck.
It was pretty damn good....the series can found on youtube...you gotta look for the complete series though.
Well worth the search and watch.
