There is a fellow who is notorious on other forums for scamming people locally and nationally and he goes by the name of Justin W. Baggett. I have evidence of recent activity in the area and am asking for anyone who has had contact with him, is in contact with him, or has been defrauded by him or one of his aliases to contact me via PM or Email.
