Ding, pies are done, Ding, pies are done, Ding, pies are done...
A few of those look to be overly browned. I would be ashamed if I let you show those to your friends and family in fear of them finding out that you are lacking in culinary skills. I would be more than happy to come over and take them off your hands so that you arent embarrassed by presenting those.

what kind of pies are in the middle pics? quiches?
These are of course made from whole pumpkins!
Oh and that is Quiche, half are broccoli, Jarlsberg and pepper bacon and the other half are asparagus, Jarlsberg and pepper bacon...
I'm guessing your neighbors probably feel entitled to some of those pies.

Being on a fruit and veggies diet all year pretty much sucks, but losing 45 lbs was worth it. I look at a whole pumpkin pie and know that, given the proper fork, I could easily gobble down the whole thing in fifteen minutes or less. That sounds great except I like to be able to run around without that extra 45 lbs crushing my feet and back.
So I will just look from afar and appreciate it for what it is - temporary bliss lol. Kale, cucumbers, carrots, and tomatoes here I come .

Get yourself a set of these, and you'll never have overly browned pie crust edges again. I use them every time I bake a pie and they work great!
