Don't know about anyone up there in the "banana belt" of WA State but the guys at Kesselring's N of Mt Vernon and Adventure Sports in Lynnwood usually have one or two in stock. Kesselring's usually has MORE of everything in stock but Adventure Sports may be easier to get to from where you are. Adventure sports is only a few miles from the Edmonds ferry landing.

Just a couple I know of, I'm sure there could be more.

Don't know about just the measure, I buy my quick change setups from Reds trading post in Idaho. There's also always Dillon Precision, they'll sell you any part you want. If I knew where there was a cheap used one I'd have already bought it.
