Complete with everything it came with from Dillon. Perfect starter press. Use it like a single-stage until you get comfortable, then upgrade it as your skills warrant. No obsolete equipment gathering dust in a corner. Fully upgradeable to an RL550 progressive. Just need to buy the powder measure kit, automatic priming kit and auto-ejector kit. The BL550 already has the frame with removable toolheads so you don't need to buy the frame upgrade like you do with the 450.
