This is the second truck I seen that has tried to get into the parking lot of the Spokane tribe casino.

Locals know about the railroad bridges south of Salem Oregon heading into Independence... on nearly twice a week or so it seemed for a while, I would read on a local FB group about yet another wedged under truck or moving van  -e298a9d84e862b5c.jpg

And a video!

Have to guess a lot of this is GPS. Drivers using it without some "filter" to warn them when the route will not work with a larger commercial vehicle. There is a bridge over the Puyallup river in the East County here that gets a truck stuck fairly regularly. Coming off the main road there is no way it's possible for a semi to make the turn across the bridge. The drivers who know take a route to get them going strait across. The ones who do not know better and try? Soon have the entire road blocked while they wait for LEO's to come block all the traffic to get them out. Its at times funny to watch except when you are stuck behind the mess.

Oh yes, most people in S. Salem know about these railroad bridges. We would drive the roads around there at speed for fun. I don't know why trucks would feel the need to go that route.

Lol you haven't seen bubblegum till you sit in your truck at a truck stop at 03:00 and watch new drivers that are tired.
Try to back into a parking spot.
I watched a guy a few weeks ago.
Try to back in a spot.
I went in the store got a hamburger and fries.
When I came out he was still trying to back in.
I ate my burger and fries watching him.
Lol 45 minutes later he finally got it done.

There is a driver shortage .
So you really need to be careful about the truck's on the road.
Take the advice from me.
26 years driving a truck .

I high centered my AWD Pacific P-12 high clearance and trailer. We had been runnin hard for several days fightin the Napa fires and I went to go over a rail road crossing that was a little too steep on ether side! Took a D-9 cat to push me back off! No damages to truck or trailer though, just a little bent pride is all!

We had a guy run into his own transfer a few years back. Like he forgot where he parked it? New set of coolers, grill, bumper/mounts.... Hood survived. Guy didn't get to finish his shift.
