I-84 through Boise was the roughest road I have ever seen. Those concrete joints were horrible. Not bump-bump but wham-wham. I know I drive a Dodge but at least I'm glad it made it through town.
That's cause your near the border... Bet it's still cheaper than what the Canadians pay on the other side of the border...I live up near the border and we pump our own gas and pay 50 cents or more, more.

Oregon has always raped us with gas taxes. IMO, it isn't the pump jockeys that make it so expensive.
