From the "You're gonna love this!" file:

Detroit Free Press CCW series should raise cheers in NW

A two-part series on the ten-year history of reformed concealed carry in Michigan contains some blistering information about the gun prohibition lobby that ought to raise cheers among anyone who has had to explain what’s wrong with the folks at Washington CeaseFire.

Interesting that a Gannett paper should run this story. These are the media moguls who bring you USA Today.

Facts and statistics won't influence the rabid anti-gunners, of course, because for them gun control has never been about safety or crime reduction; it's about taking away the ability of "ordinary" citizens to defend themselves against criminals and a hostile-to-individual-rights government. The right to keep and bear arms does not fit into the New World Order socialist utopia.

Bellevue v. Brady Bunch on Monday in Washington, D.C.

The Bellevue-based Second Amendment Foundation is hosting a forum next Monday at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. and a highlight of the event – which is held in cooperation with Students for Concealed Carry on Campus – will be a debate between Colin Goddard with the Brady Campaign and researcher John Lott, author of More Guns = Less Crime.

Criminals do not want to have the possibility of being shot at!
