I used to think Washington was all conservative until one year we hunted up in the Okanagan and windy ridge area. What a beautiful country. Lots of mountain goats up on the cliffs. On the way out we saw several hunters (loose description)
Going down the rd with deer strapped over their hot hoods and apples stuck on the points of the rack. The thoughts that went through my head were.......these idiots had to come out of LA or NY.
I bet their slow cooked venison was really tasty...

We stopped for some food and there were 3 hunters?? at the table next to us discussing how to stiffen environmental laws in Seattle and how to figure a way to increase the taxes to pay for their venture.
Their whole discussion kind of ruined our appetites and raised our BP.
I feel for you guys that live with those sick politics up there.
