"Public health crisis" and "epidemic" are catch-phrases they've been floating for years... with the 'Rona hysteria being force-fed into every aspect of our lives and government overreach at an all-time high (approval ratings are, not surprisingly, the inverse) they figured now was a good time go wide with it.
Bided has appointed activist lawyers to high positions in areas that are normally more suited to medical professionals, Director of Health and Human Services being the most notable.
The idea is to get all of these "independent" agencies to miraculously agree that gun owners are a public health menace and weasel some regulations into the already dense legislative fabric using an angle that is almost universally agreed-upon; we want to stay alive and healthy. The big miscalculation is, as always, incorrectly reading the room. The usuals will be cheerleaders, and the rest of us will fight them.
This trash will eventually go the way of " Assault weapons are the preferred weapon of drug dealers".
Haven't heard that one in a while, huh.

This may be slightly off-topic but has anyone heard the new boasting by ABC News about a general saying Trump wanted to possibly arrange a coup with the US military if he lost the election, I just heard it today and laughed.
They went on about how Trump was pushing Nazi fascism and was going to institute the brown shirts again and other things such as that.
Yes this has something to do with guns because the first thing the Nazis did was confiscate guns from the Jews and then everyone else. These fascist left-leaning news organizations know nothing of history, what's going on now in our country with the Democrats and the elitist is closer to Nazism than anything Trump ever did. The silencing of the opposition, the constant push to take away peoples guns, the suppression of free speech across-the-board to those who don't parrot the Dems and oligarchies ever-growing powerful rule over us. This and many other things are what are actually leading us to fascism in this country and the minions and mindless individuals who are supporting this and voted for these people are blind to see what's actually going on. My grandfather left Germany right before the second world war and escaped all the things that started happening otherwise he would've been slaughtered along with a lot of my people so trust me when I tell you from the background I have, from my knowledge of history leading up to what happened in Germany I see the very same thing happening here but not by Trump and Trump supporters by the Dems and all the mindless masses that follow them. The mindless masses who voted for all of this here are going to turn out to be just like the Germans who got sucked in to all of those things during that time.
Just like the Germans who staunchly believed in their cultural relativism the Americans here who believe it will also do that and all of us who don't go along with this are going to be deemed enemies of the state if we allow this to continue to fruition.

Fascism came from Italy (Fascio, literally "a bundle"). Mussolini began as an ardent Socialist who owned a newspaper. Hitler was very much anti-business until big companies started writing him checks. Only then he pivoted to attacking the trade unions. In the 11th hour he double-crossed many of his financiers.
National Socialist Workers Party ("Nazi")
Mr. Trump is none of those things. He was a brute and a bully, but he was not a "Nazi". The real "Nazis" as you've said, are the Bolshevist elite who are financing the insurrection in the streets and the reversal of traditional American values and American History. And just like Hitler, they aim to seize power legally by slowly gaming the system into submission.

TV has become nothing but opinions, I got rid of cable. Heck if I want bad news I can save time and lie to myself.
