I think the Dems are waiting for the 2014 congressional elections, hoping to retake the House. If they retake the House, they'll have POTUS, the Senate, and the House: smooth sailing, pass anything they want.

Need to do far more in getting people to vote out the slime in both the house and senate and put people in that will put the Constitution first.
