The conversion kit which makes this revolver able to fire center fire cartridges...may have the revolver fall under modern handgun rules in many states....
Washington included.
( RCW 9.41.010 )
"Antique firearm" means a firearm or replica of a firearm not designed or redesigned for using rim fire or conventional center fire ignition with fixed ammunition , and manufactured in or before 1898 , for which ammunition is no longer manufactured in the United States and is not readily available through the ordinary channels of commercial trade.
The issue here is the term "redesigned" and the use of .45 Colt ammo which is commonly available through the "ordinary channels of commercial trade."
Also some states consider all antique or replica percussion revolvers as modern handguns....no matter what the Federal law says.
Illinois comes to mind here.
Know your state laws before buying and shipping.
Good luck with your sale.
