On something of this value, you might want to get some better pics, to drum up more interest. It's really hard to tell the condition from your photos, and like they say "a picture is worth a thousand words".
You are welcome to use my camera, but it's also just an old Sony. Plus, it would be a bit of a drive.:bluelaugh:
If you are selling the item you must post a price.
Are there any markings/blemishes/small holes(can't tell from pic's) left over from being 'attached' to the chain?
+1 on posting a price, for sale or trade value.
I edited your original post to avoid confusion.
Send it in and have it graded and slabbed, it is the best way to tell a coins true condition and thus give a realist idea of the value.
My brother has used this company hundreds of times.
an excellent idea especially since this is one of the most faked coins in the world. Drilled for or soldered onto chain, cleaned or polished numastic value is gone. bullion value at 1100 dollar gold is around 275-300 dollars. about the size of a nickel and contain 24.18 oz of gold.
"about the size of a nickel and contain 24.18 oz of gold. "
Do you mean .2418 of an ounce? I may be a buyer if you will ship. Thanx, Randy
