Are there any markings/blemishes/small holes(can't tell from pic's) left over from being 'attached' to the chain?

+1 on posting a price, for sale or trade value.

Send it in and have it graded and slabbed, it is the best way to tell a coins true condition and thus give a realist idea of the value.

My brother has used this company hundreds of times.

an excellent idea especially since this is one of the most faked coins in the world. Drilled for or soldered onto chain, cleaned or polished numastic value is gone. bullion value at 1100 dollar gold is around 275-300 dollars. about the size of a nickel and contain 24.18 oz of gold.
