OK It was $1,349.00.....NOW $999.99 another fine piece from the Cowboy's personal collection. This is a rare Colt .45 MK IV Series 80 1911 pistol. Model number 04012DEA (made in 1995) It is a full size frame and an officer sized slide - barrel. So, you get a 3.5" barrel - officers sized slide......very concealable.... and a full MAN sized frame-grip. This has the same pistol specs as the Colt TANK OFFICER. Colt did not build many of these.. This is a Colt Custom Shop Pistol - Enhanced (has the E at the end of serial number) This means it has the following from the factory ; Flared ejection port, skeletonized hammer, elongated trigger,wide beavertail grip safety, full flat top rib and angle cut slide serrations. The ONLY modifications were to matte the finish (you can go back to high gloss easy - just polish) , dawson fiber optic front sight, and a new solid trigger. The trigger is a nice 3.6 lbs. Comes with 2 COLT magazines, all papers, manual, blue box, paper box, a real nice velvet lined presentation case, extra fiber optics inserts, the original Colt trigger, and lock. I will also throw in a set of THIN black Aluminum grips as well as the Colt Wood grips show. Will also include extra recoil springs (3) and 3 hammer - firing pin springs --- ALL NEW.
This pistol is extremely accurate , and very concealable. Less than 200 rounds fired. It is MINT !
