Deafault to "No email notification?"

Is it possible to set my default setting to "No email notification" when responding to a thread or creating a new thread?

Click "User CP" on the second blue navigation bar.

Under "Settings and Options" on the left nav bar locate and click "Edit Options"

Under "Default Thread Subscription Mode" - select "No Email Notification" or "Do not subscribe" -- either will not send messages, but "No Email Notification" will still let you see threads you posted in from inside your User CP.
