I read that it was no longer an official rally as there weren't going to be any speakers, booths, port-a-pottys, etc. Something about loosing the permit for capitol steps and organizer quiting? I had still planned on going, as I figured there would be others there also and a few is better than none. Wasn't even sure of the time, but 10-2 sounds good to me.
