The accuracy of those calculations would be suspect, due to many factors like frame rate, lens distortion, etc... even the GPS reading is suspect.
It would take a good lawyer, or a very committed officer, to argue for it otherwise. They definitely can (and will) use your evidence to turn the case in a different light, most likely arguing you contributed to the incident somehow and are at least partially responsible.
But as far as the GPS, the less information they have against me, the better.
