Does this include the barrel nut shroud tool and the .006 cylinder gap gauge....

Unfortunately it does not. I ordered it with the 8" barrel and never removed the barrel.

Do you know what year this was made? It's hard to see from the one picture, what shape is the bluing in? Any wear marks?

I'm not sure when it was made but I got it in 1978 or 1979 can't remember exactly. The bluing is in excellent condition with very little wear. This pistol was pretty much a safe queen most of its life. I don't think I have 2 boxes of shells through it.
