We believe the 2nd Amendment is best defended through grass-roots organization, education, and advocacy centered around individual gun owners. It is our mission to encourage, organize, and support these efforts throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.

My thoughts exactly. The article state that the US attorney has less discretion compared with the local district attorney. What a crock of crap. Also this guy only shot one dog but the cop shot the other two. If shooting one by a witness was not justified how do they justify the cop shooting two?But if you're a reporter, they don't care if you break the law in DC!
