image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg I've neglecting my P01 lately due to my 1911 addiction, so a couple months ago I sent it off for a little work and yesterday I was able to pick it up and head straight to the range. This thing now feels as nice as my Dan Wesson VBOB or Wilson Combat (trigger wise)

Work done:
Cajun Gun Works Pro package
Cajun Gun Works EZ-D rear and FO front sights
DPM recoil reduction kit

I've come to like my P01 in stock form. The only alterations were done with several applications of jewelers rouge in key areas, and a home made firing pin block so to avoid the unnecessary slamming of the pin(s) while dry firing a couple thousand times

When I was done dry firing, I rinsed the complete lower under hot water and a water pick. Toss it in the oven at 300 deg for an hour or so, then a good coating of lube.
