Like new CZ P-01 Kydex Appendix IWB holster from Legacy Firearms Company. This is the Centaur model. These are good quality holsters that use good Kydex and Raven Concealment clips and wings. I picked this one up and just never used it so it's just been sitting in the ammo cabinet.
