That's the carry mag capacity.

For folks interested in RAMI's, but not too familiar yet: RAMIs accept all C75b platform mags, including compact/PCR...

The compact/PCR mags can be fitted with a sleeve, giving just about the exact hand fitment as such.

Both great options for backup mags, while keeping the short mag for conceal.
