Cut and Thread barrel?

I've got an AR-10T. I'm looking to have my barrel cut down to 18" and threaded. Anyone have any suggestions for qualified gunsmith in Salem area to do the work. I've been contemplating on sending it in to GAP but I would hate to part with it for an extended period of time. Also looking for local Cerakote work. Thanks Guys.
