Comes complete with a threaded 9mm Storm Lake barrel and thread protector, original stock .40 S&W barrel, Apex Tactical trigger and internals, frame stippling by Enhanced Precision Products, (1) 9mm magazine, (2) .40 magazines, and Trijicon HD night sights (yellow front).

Is is 40 or 9, or are the barrels interchangeable?

It comes with both. A factory .40 barrel and two mags as well as the pictured threaded 9mm barrel and one mag.
