Pieces used;

Modified MOLLE FLC(Fighting Load Carrier) vest solid panels

E-TLBV(Enhanced Tactical Load Bearing Vest) vest mesh magazine panels

E-TLBV shoulder pads

MOLLE FLC belt

Process; removed pistol belt loops from E-TLBV, cut vest corners to match angles as best as possible, removed LBV grenade pockets, added OD binding tape where needed, added 1" MOLLE webbing where wanted

Cut FLC solid panels at the top, remove top row of webbing, attached OD binding tape

Then sew the two pieces per side together.

Boom, a custom LBV that utilizes MOLLE belt in the style of the SPEAR (SPecial operations Equipment, Advanced Requirements) ELCS (Enhanced Load Carrying System).

Loaded up with 1x medic pocket, 2x modded Combat Medic Vest System triple mag pouches, 2x canteen pouches, and 2x grenade pouches. Maximum load is 12 mags... realistic load probably 10 with replacement of triples with doubles.
