Assuming everything that has been added to this rifle is US made (Tapco probably) it is more than compliant regarding 922r.

are those even legal to own?

Why wouldn't it be legal to own? Its just an SKS in a fancy set of clothes.

It ought to be illegal to do to a poor SKS.

It does come with the original stock and bayo. No harm done as long as the muzzle device can be removed. (I don't see the bayo lug, though...Or is the bipod attached to it? Can't tell.)

Yes the SKS is "compliant" all parts were purchased from MilSurpStuff.com AR, AK, Mosin Nagant, SKS as far as I am concerned the rifle is legal and is still up for sale 650 obo for those who are "INTERESTED" thx for all the helpful advice doods.
