Don't fail to consider Langlitz Leathers. They make custom gun carry jackets and have been doing custom leathers since the early 50's. Local home owned shop that will fix you up.

If you want to try your hand at making one yourself check out Old Faithful Holsters - The Holster Store of Most Comfortable Gun Holsters. I made a stage 2 for my LCR and it is very comfortable and i ware it everyday for over a year.
