A-1 foam rubber. 8040 se stark, Portland or 97215. 503-255-4117. I had my wife take one of my cases to them to have a new piece of foam cut and it cost about $12. the kid that cut the piece went "freestyle" free hand with the radiuses but other than that it was exactly what I needed to replace the "pluck and pull" foam that came with my case. I looked up how to make a hot wire cutter using D cell batteries on the web and made a legit foam insert for cheap! Good luck!
