Well, Thought i'd see if there was any interest, so here goes:

Started making these for myself by hand to store away ammo more uniformly and compactly. Then I started tinkering with my computer, and was able to print some simple graphics on them, so...
Anyone interested in some custom or at least blank boxes all the same size for pretty cheap? These are made from Cardstock, not paper. (65-115lb weight, paper is 20lb)

So far I've made:
9mm (50 rounds)
-- 19 boxes fit in a 30 cal ammo can (950), ~32 in a 50 cal (1600)
7.62x39 (20 rounds)
-- 24 boxes fit in a 30 cal ammo can (480), 48 in a 50 cal (960)
.22lr (50 rounds)
-- 64 boxes fit in a 30 cal ammo can (3200), 110 in a 50 cal (5500)
Can definitely make more calibers if there's interest, but this is what I have made so far myself.

I've got White and Black blanks.
Now Available in Red, Blue, Yellow, Orange, and Green

It's mostly manual work, and materials, but here's what I figure on prices:
Caliber ---- Price --- Custom Images/Sizes/Shapes
9mm ------: .30 ____ Customs will be quoted.
Small Pistol: .30 _____
Large Pistol: .50 ____ (Pistol will generally hold 50 rounds)
7.62x39 ---: .30 ____
Large Rifle-: .50 _____
Small Rifle-: .30 _____ (Rifle will generally hold 20 rounds)
.22LR -----: .15 _____ (50 round boxes)
(all prices are per box)

It's all a learning thing so prices could go up or down depending on how I do/how quick I am. They'd come disassembled for shipping (glue, staples or tape to assemble) Or local requests I can make em for ya for a penny or 2 extra.
Like I said these are great for storage, reloading, or private businesses.
Pics below.. lets test the waters.
(Added image of Fat, Long and 40-round rifle boxes.[with my own custom labels])

Updated items will be in the following post, with more info added as it comes.

Bump, and price edit (figured out a more efficient method)
Willing to do trades for ammo, gear, and reloading stuffs as well.

Update (4-3-10):

Shipping is a flat $5.00 in the Small USPS boxes (haven't tested, but it's quite a few boxes) with larger orders (that don't fit) going to the next size up or a custom envelope.

Custom Simple Lettering (caliber, load, brand, etc.) Only $.05 extra. [.20/per box becomes .25/box]

Custom "Brand" boxes (for resale of self-made, repacked, etc. rounds) Will cross that bridge when I get to it haha.

Rifle Rounds: There is now 2 styles;
Fat (Like Wolf or Barnaul, without inserts) Good for dry storage.
Long (Boxes with inserts style, but much more compact.) Fits well in a pocket or vest pouch.

Also, I Can make boxes to pack empty/cleaned brass for storage/shipping. Another bridge-crosser.

I ordered some of these boxes and they are real nice and well constructed. It made storing my reloads a lot prettier/more efficient than that ziplock bag they were in before.

Free bump for a great seller.

The boxes I listed are just boxes i've made so far, I add new ones when they're requested.
