This is the lightweight (8.4 lbs unloaded) patrol-style DPMS-pattern Aero AR10 I built for my dad. Before I was able to give it to him, unfortunately, he had a stroke and can now no longer comfortably hold a tactical-style rifle. I already have an AR10 (this is actually my 4th AR10 build in total) so this is just a luxury and I need to move on. Of course the gun has been test fired, but only a few mags. It ran flawlessly with 4 different ammo types, and is smooth and accurate (1 MOA barrel accuracy guarantee from Ballistic Advantage) with considerably less recoil than you'd expect from an AR10 due to the brake and high quality spring.
