Current opinon of Ruger P95?

Received a new one, chosen for price point and reported reliability, handling, etc.

What do others think about this series made in recent years?

At the range recently, it seemed favorable to me. I know there are higher quality choices, but I seek regular practice to maintain safety and proficiency, and want something reliable, which is what led pointed me toward this piece.

Mine has never misfired or jamed, I like it better than the colt 45 I had.

Have not had any issues with mine. It loved WWB in all 13 mags that I have for it. A previous owner had attempted something with one of the mags, it's a little loose fitting, wiggles a bit, the Ruger didn't care!

A little on the bulky side but tough as a tank, a true SHTF gun. Mine has 500 flawless rounds through it... Would never sell it.... My advice would be to shoot it often and enjoy :gun10:
