Box says it fits 3rd gen Glock 19, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, 32, 33, 36, 38, and 39.
Says 3rd gen only, but I had it on a 4th gen for a day and it seemed to fit fine. YMMV.
In terms of use, I took it to the range for a day, decided it wasn't for me and put it back in the box.... like a year ago.
Looks new, will ship anywhere in the US.
