lock up your stuff, get your poop in a group . Eugene is under siege, many break'ins and attempts 3 in a 2 block area. It dont help having a known crack house and stolen property market on 18th , cops been there many times, the place is still open for business. People around here bout had it!!!... THE WORLD IS A GHETTO.. KEEP BOTH EYES OPEN.
