LOL ! this song has been my 'opening act' at every Karaoke 'mike' I have held - and one of my all time favorites!

I once stood in with a band at a huge party to sing it as they had no one that knew it but wanted to play it.

All you singers & musicians know how hard in can be standing in with a band you have never played in !

That there is what folks in the business world call a misstep.

At CMT it's called a dumazz move.

At Viacom it's called tanking an asset.

My guess is that they thought CMT viewership was so dumb they'd forget about this one-day deal or miss it completely.
