It's <16" barrel… correct it will be transferred as "other" under instant NICS (not every FFL will do this)… however, if there is any rear furniture attached subsequently, it becomes SBR per ATF.

I know all the local stores near me have said they are no longer accepting online orders for transfers. They are wanting to offload their products prior to the new laws coming in.

My in-law finally ordered some PSA Dagger lowers last week and went in to their local FFL (a pawn shop) to "Start the Background Check". He checked with the FFL today and was told that PSA is waiting for his Background Check to be approved before shipping the lowers to Washington. WTH?
