Egads, that looks GOOD! I had just that image in mind a few years ago when I was in a small central Oregon desert town and ordered corned beef hash and eggs. They plopped a couple of eggs on top of an entire CAN of "corned beef hash" plopped on a plate and microwaved it into a steaming puddle of grease which cooked the eggs. And yes, I ate it! Mountain air make me HUNGRY...............................elsullo
